Soon after graduating from University of West of England with a degree in business studies, I realized it was time to get a job after 3 years of life. After turning down a number of lucrative offers from the best football teams in the world (Southampton FC), I found myself in London thinking this time next year I will be a millionaire. My life in recruitment quickly followed.
Throughout my whole life I have always been passionate about meeting and communicating with people and it is something I loved to do. So I thought to myself why not get paid for it? And that’s why I joined recruitment.
Having the ability to shape and advance peoples career for the better has always been a great pleasure and something I take great pride in doing.
With a real passion to find the right person for the right role; my energy and enthusiasm to find the true representation of the market and meeting the client’s needs with best candidates in the market has always been a true reflection on my ability to add value to a client’s business.
By fully understanding the needs of candidates and making sure I do everything I can to find them the right role. I have always been very focused to opening opportunities for my candidates that best suit their long and short term needs as well as their career and personal goals.
If I wasn’t doing recruitment, I would to join the BBC and go around the world filming animals.
