Our client is a well-known forward-thinking F&B tech brand with over 30,000 staff in over 50 locations around the globe. This Key Account Manager will ideally be fun, passionate and becoming from a service industry based in Hong Kong. You should have at least 3+ years of experience for this role at this level. This Key Account Manager will act as the go-between the Business Development Managers and the clients.
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for;
- Managing a portfolio of the most important client groups including HIGH sales volume drivers and global brands. These are their clients' premium and highly valued brands.
- Building and managing stakeholders in your portfolio.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service) to drive new initiatives.
