One of the worlds most recognized, coolest, forward thinking F&B brands is hiring in Shanghai. An incredibly exciting role for a forward-thinking marketer to drive my clients marketing strategy in China. My client’s Chinese marketing strategy is unique as it is digitally focused, and strongly e-commerce focused, as a result they need a hands-on marketing manager NOW!

 

You will lead the small but growing marketing team, interacting with sales stake holders in China, interacting with global HQ. The right E-Commerce / Marketing Manager needs to be strategic, have a deep understanding of Chinese consumers, in depth e-commerce and digital/ social experience. They will set and lead my clients marketing strategy, engaging stake holders and be able to confidently deliver from day 1. Simultaneously you will drive the e-commerce marketing approach and work alongside sales to deliver trade marketing.

They have seen the good times (and the bad) and as team have made it through the tough times together; achieving massive success as a result. My client has a strong, youthful company culture and ALWAYS pushes for success. The leadership team are senior, and everyone is very hands on. Additionally, the team is 100% Chinese speaking. It is important that this E-Commerce / Marketing Manager is also Chinese speaking (but with global views and a Western mindset).

Must be a strong communicator.

Must be an expert on e-commerce, social and digital.

Must be adaptable.

Must be a strong marketing mind, capable of sparring with the best!

Must have worked with major foreign brands in China.

Must understand content marketing, OL marketing and be able to achieve impact with small budgets.

Must have a strong network within China.
