The Company

Our client is a successful global creative/production agency based in Singapore. They are award winning and produce some amazing work across the region and globally. Due to their continuing growth, they are now looking for an experienced Account Director to join their passionate, agile and client servicing team in Singapore.

The Role

As an Account Director, you’ll be reporting directly in to the Business Director leading a number of accounts and mentoring junior members of the team. You will be leading integrated campaigns and helping develop new exciting campaigns, working closely with the planning department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing client servicing team.
  • Liaising with planners, creatives, clients etc.
  • Keeping on top of budgets and timescales.
  • Management and mentoring of the team reporting to you.
  • The ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
  • Highly organized and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Creatively minded and have the passion to develop ideas with the creative team.
  • Confident and articulate with agency colleagues and clients alike.

The Candidate

We’re looking for someone experienced and talented to fill this role. Someone who is not only an amazing Marketing professional, but someone who also lives and breathes advertising. Someone who can see beyond the everyday and can think on their feet and formulate bold strategies and campaign ideas and turn them into a reality. You will have 7+ years of experience in a client servicing role, working on a range of integrated campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital) and ideally an in-depth knowledge working on TVC/video content.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Good understanding integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to effectively present to and build relationships with key decision makers in one-on-one meetings and networking events.
  • Hands-on experience.
  • A marketing/advertising degree.
